White Chocolate Party Mix

This is a simple and great recipe for any holiday party or event. The recipe makes 12 to 14 cups of mix, so plenty for everyone to snack on. I found all ingredients at Publix. The recipe calls for:

• 1 pound of white chocolate
• 3 cups rice Chex cereal
• 3 cups corn Chex cereal
• 3 cups Cheerios cereal
• 2 cups pretzel sticks
• 2 cups dry-roasted peanuts
• 1 (12 oz.) package M&Ms chocolate candies

** I used Publix brand cereals, and found a rice and corn cereal mix, so I used 6 cups of that cereal instead of Chex brand cereal. I also used white chocolate chips to melt, and found those worked well with the recipe.
