Ingredients & Recipe

  • 1 package of confectioner sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of cream
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • Vanilla extract to taste
  • Nuts, chocolate chips, sprinkles, etc to coat (if desired)

In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar, and cream. Combine until smooth (cookie dough consistency). Add more cream or sugar depending on the texture (too dry, too watery) in order to reach consistency. Add vanilla to taste.

Place mixture on a wax paper lined with any toppings you wish to coat the dessert with. Roll dough into a log shape and place in the refrigerator overnight.

Cut candy to desired shape and serve! Keep refrigerated until use, or put in freezer for a brief time to firm candy if necessary.
