This recipe is simple and perfect for the holidays. This recipe can easily be doubled. I recommend sifting the confectioners’ sugar to make the dip smoother.
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 (15-ounce) can pumpkin
- 4 cups confectioners’ sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
Combine the cream cheese, pumpkin, confectioners’ sugar, cinnamon, and ginger in a bowl and beat until blended and smooth. Chill, covered, for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
Serve with gingersnaps.
